Chris Crudelli is a leading authority on martial arts with over 25 years experience in teaching and training at international level, he is also the face of the UK’s & BBC’s martial arts TV output.
His pioneering series’ Mind Body Kick Ass Moves, Kick Ass Miracles and Kick Ass in a Crisis' are broadcast to over 120 countries across the world, much of their success was down to Chris’s likely lad charm, knowledge and physical & mental skills, honed through a lifetimes training in Asian Martial Arts and a 10 years Kung Fu training discipleship in China.
Being able to read, write and speak fluent Mandarin and Cantonese Chinese has enabled him to delve deeply into the metaphysical side of Asian Martial Arts and his unique approach to dealing with the philosophy of martial arts and incredible feats of mind and body coupled with his refreshingly honest & humorous delivery is demonstrated in his television work.
These experiences shape the 90 minute seminar and offer fresh insights into training, personal development and self empowerment.
The aim is to increase self empowerment in the mind through the skills of self defence of the body.
