OUR ASSOCIATES

Our brand is growing. If you would like to become an associate Instructor of one of our systems, get in touch.

We meet first Sunday of the month in the UK  and have a week long skills camp once a year.

To learn the 3 modules of any one of the systems  it takes 162 hours of intensive class time and roughly 468 hours of home work.

(Approximately the same total hours as a standard 1st degree black belt in Karate or Taekwondo).

Techniques are drilled and applications are trained first cooperatively  to develop wide ranging co ordination and creative skill and then incrementaly  UN-cooperatively to develop application realism.

We break training up as follows:

27 intensive days with Chris Crudelli & ABC Masters Team,

1 intensive day per month,

min 9 days  per year x 3 years

= 162 intensive class hours.

3x 1 hour homework per week

x 52 weeks
